New Wimbledon Theatre is taking audiences on a nostalgic trip back to the '80s with the touring production of Now That's What I Call A Musical. The story follows two best friends, April and Gemma, who graduate in 1989 — one heading to university, the other staying behind — and the bittersweet story of friendship, change and the songs that define a generation.

The jukebox format is well-served by a score of absolute era-defining bangers, and the cast perform with commitment and genuine chemistry. If you lived through the decade, it's a joyful nostalgia trip. If you didn't, the music will still get you on your feet.
